Description: Production parcel layer with Situs Addresses from Assessor tables. Published weekly as an additional parcel resource. Source parcels, maintained by Shasta County Assessor, only have the Assessor Parcel Number, this dataset includes a physical, situs, address for a tax parcel. For several reasons, many parcel features will not have an address, reasons include: the parcel is not taxed (ex. USFS parcels), the parcel is taxed by the state (ex. utilities), or the polygon is not a taxable parcel (ex. the area or road ways between parcels, or in a river).
